You agree to provide safe, reasonable, and lawful access to the premises. We are not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or undisclosed hazards.
17. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
18. Damage and Liability
